What reflash cable do you guys use?
Im sure this has been asked before but I have been putting off buying a reflashing cable because I dont know which one will work best for me. Im wanting to dataloging and tuning and more than likely I will be sending my flashes to someone to help with my tune. Im thinking the tactix 2.0 cable would be my best bet, but do I need the full adapter set or do I just need the cable? limitless also makes cables 1.3r and 1.3u, both cheaper than the tactix 2.0, but are they as good and 1.3r you don't get a serial license, do you need that? Any help would be great.
Thanks

You need the 2.0 cable to flash Evo10s and pre-2000 cars(Evo5-6, DSMs, etc.)
You will need at least the Mitsubishi Adapter, the Full Adapter Set will allow you to flash Subaru also.
If the 1.3 cables don't come with a serial# you will not be able to use newer versions of EcuFlash. If you contact Limitless, I'm sure they will explain which of their 1.3 cables work with EcuFlash.
I personally use a 2.0 cable to flash. And a cheapo VAG 409.1 cable to log.
I like not having to worry about my logging cable getting stolen or broken, and it has a faster logging rate then the 2.0 with EvoScan.

you need the newest cable for the X's. http://www.tactrix.com/product_info....products_id=49
My other question is what are the other cables in the Tactrix OpenPort 2.0 with Full Adapter Set used for?
