enjoy my dumb mistake . no Im not the fat chick and hooked on fonics did not work for me I spell much worse than this. My ECU flash or I am beging to think lap top is jacked up all started when she (fat chick) cut then pasted xml files from ecu flash to note pad now ecu flash is Fed wont lick to car and wont do sh*t .Reinstall did nothig same problem. is the comunity going to help or hinder

Uninstall ECUFlash, delete the entire OpenECU directory from Program Files. Then go into Windows search and search for all XML files by typing *.xml into your search. Make sure you have it search all files including files that are not indexed. Delete all xml files you find that are related to ECUFlash. For some reason, if you are running Vista, Windows creates a backup xml and even if you delete it from the ECUFlash directory it'll keep looking at your old backup xml giving you problems.

out of the file these file are in bin format on my pc witch is still working fine my lap top that she f up is now in xml how do I or should I change this to bin like my pc is in ?

HA HA I new it would not be long before WE see the fat chick on a scooter pic .this helps me deal with the anger of my ECU flash being Fed up but wont fix it .

Now you really got me lost........ so the fat chick converted your *.bin file to an *.xml file

Can't you just rename the file to fatchick.bin instead of fatchick.xml??? Or why don't you just grab the working bin file from your PC and put it into your laptop?
