P0069

Ok so I recently installed a 65mm Tb w/ intake mani port match, the IX turbo ported and coated, tightened the wastegate, crushed the BOV ever so slightly, and had the EGR removed. Its been about 3 weeks now, and I have gotten a P0069 the last couple days. Im not exactly sure on what this is for. From what Ive read, it can be disabled thru FEA bit. 14 "Map vs. Baro" (not infront of tuning laptop) But Im sitting here tryin to come up w/ "the reason" its now setting off a cell. Is this the map sensor, or does it have to do w/ the MAF?
The MAF plug is in, the 3 bar map sensor is in, and set up properly via ecuflash, so Im at a loss... The map sensor has been installed and set up since 08, so I doubt its that. Never had a cell till now! W/ the exception of the "knock cell" lol

Should I just disable it, and hope for the best?

TIA

All of FEA in my v7 is 0. None of them are called so I would disable it.

Make all of FEA = 0

ok, I disabled FEA bit. 14, 2 days ago, and no more cell, and car seems fine...

I have noticed that my "cold start" idle is a bit more stable. My car would hit target idle in my map, then after a min. or so, it would go up and down a 1 - 200 rpm, till it got fully warmed up. Now, in the last couple days, I have noticed that the idle "seems" to have smoothed out a bit, and hold stable, until fully warm. I say, "seems" as I dont have any data to back it up... Just noticed w/ my ears, as my garage is directly under my condo, and not only do I hear when my idle fluctuates, I feel it as well.

I have also noticed that when cruising to a light, and engage the clutch to drop it into nuetral, the damn idle goes up to 11 -1200... WTF? This is a lil irritating, as I was cruising by a cop this morning (who was out of his patrol car) on the offramp of a freeway, and as Im cruising by in nuetral, the damn idle decides it wants to raise to 1200... and of course watching me as I go by...

Checked the BISS, and is perfect @ 850.

ani ideas?

TIA

What are you using for settings in the Decel Fuel Cut delay tables? They may be a little too high causing RPM to hold higer until timed out...then it drops again.

Its funny you should ask that, as I was searching all over for the decel fuel cut defs. which I just realized, these are specific to the VIII's, (or atleast not for my rom) and I think I just read that similar defs for the 88590015 rom are out, and are already in my rom (0715)... "decel IPW subtraction comp vs. rpm", "decel IPW subtraction comp vs. load", "decel IPW subtraction comp vs. coolant temp".
These are the tables Im looking for, right? I didnt have an understanding of these, so they have been left stock. Im gonna compare the tabes, and re-read that thread...

any advice while I go back and re-read?

TIA

Phil
