Ive never run into this problem before.

When I connect, it goes thru all the sequences, then at the end (as it looks connected 100%) it comes up saying cannot read the rom definition.

Ive never had this happen before.

Any help?

 

Files are corrupted.....remove and reinstall the tactrix drivers.

OR

Make sure you have the correct com port selected.

 

is your ecu locked?

 

I had my Tactrix cable just burn up on me, Did you try someone elses?

 

umm i had the same problem.. *sigh* umm reinstall drivers reboot try again. if that doesnt work then check fuses. cig lighter fuse, interior light fuses (that fixed mines), and if its the fuse figure out why it blew so it doesnt happen again.

 

battery is too low

 

also make sure that ecuflash is looking in the correct folder for the rom def's

 

Ill try everything. The Fuses are all good.

I bet its the battery connection since I just relocated it to the trunk
