Strange fueling issue while coasting

I was coasting down a long hill at 65+mph with the clutch in and noticed that the AFRs would not stabilize as the engine idled with the clutch in. The AFRs swing wildly from 11-20 when coasting with the clutch in above about 40mph. This really doesn’t cause any drivability problems but I am curious what is causing it. I don’t recall if it happened before I installed the V7 map or not.

Any ideas?

Could possibly just be wind buffeting the intake I noticed big swings with a maf when i went in those corny gas station washes when the blow dryers would hit the hood.
