from my experience, it seems fuel table with cell values below 10 are making the fuel injectors duty cycle very high, and that is causing the injectors to fail, I am trying to make the table as close to real life as possible, get a walbro, raise ur fuel pressure, maybe bigger injectors, when I tune, I try my best to avoid making the inj. DC go above 115%, by the way are u using a tephra mod file??

and what do you do to achieve that if you dont mind sharing? because alot of tuners say the never match up or come close at times.

159% wow.... that realy high i back off the throttle at 95%... and never floored it past the "danger rpm" where it get high untill i get my injectors.
