would negative timing cause boost creep?

hey so i got my new wbo2 and went out last night top do some pulls to lean it out a bit... so long story short i let up off the gas after all the pulls at around 5k because idc% hit about 115-119% . boost is set to 15psi (185load) and it hits it . but then about 4 grant climbs to 26ish psi (280-290 load). no im running v7 and dumbed dwn the timing just for saftey befor i had the wbo2. in the cells it hitting negative timing. i know you run negative to help the turbo spool but would it allso cause it to keep spooling with negative number up top? ill se if i can get a log up when i get home from school until them let me know what you think. (i intend on upping the timing but i just want to know if it would affect boost creep)

well not technically creep but it will make it go higher. Timing drops boost, taking it away will increase it. I have seen 1*=1psi on some combinations.
