I just picked up Evo9 ecu for cheap to play with.
I'm making a harness to use it in a Evo8 or 2G DSM.

I have a few questions:

Can you use a Non-MIVEC Head in a Evo9? (Evo8 Motor in a Evo9)

Does the Intake CAM Sensor read the normal CAM angle or the MIVEC advanced angle?

Can you turn MIVEC off? With a Periphery Bit or by zeroing whole table?


Besides MIVEC are there any other hardware problems I might run in to?
