Hi, everybody.
I want to tell you about my experience with tactrix.com shop.
I live in Russia and i need to buy an openport 2.0 so i wrote them a letter that i want to buy and they agreed to send it to russia it was in October, untill now i do not have cable. They just ignore me, when i write from my postbox, when i write from another postbox they answer immediately.
Here is our correspondence from the beginning until now:

I lost any hope to relieve cable, but if anyone can push them i will be very thankful

For security reasons, as you are not using the email address provided on your account, we will need to know the last four digits of the credit card you used, as well as the full shipping address of your order, before we can proceed with further information.

Sure thing –we sent the tracking number to the email address as well. It’s the following: CJ230552039US
Please note, these parcels can take up to 2 weeks before they are received. USPS does not provide up to date scan by scan transit information for the parcel, until its delivery –the tracking number is for delivery confirmation only, and provided for you to follow up with your local postal carrier, to claim the parcel, as most countries require follow up due to specific custom requirements.

Absolutely –we’ve found most of our customers from Russia prefer this method, of shipment, instead of Fedex, as it lessens the custom fee’s/requirements met out by your country. You’ll have the option of selecting this shipping method, when you place your online order.

If you go to http://www.usps.com/shipping/trackandconfirm.htm and enter the tracking number they gave you i.e. CJ230552039US, it shows the following:

The U.S. Postal Service was electronically notified by the shipper on August 7, 2009 to expect your package for mailing. This does not indicate receipt by the USPS or the actual mailing date. Information on this item has been restored from offline files and will be available online for 30 days from 10/09/2009.
This seems to indicate USPS may not have received the item from Tactrix. Even if USPS did receive the cable from Tactrix and ship it, it is Tactrix's responsibility to follow up as far as where it got to, and to promptly ship a replacement if one did not reach the intended destination.
