Is my O2 sensor dead?

Hi,

I can not get my fuel trims right and currently looking for a problem.
I suppose it can be dead front o2 sensor, but need to confirm it.
Here is my idle log.
Can you tell from it, if my o2 sensor is dead?

Thanks.

I have 680 injectors and they are scaled to 562 currently. But I'm actually in the process of scaling them, but I do not get any fuel trims and my front O2 readings in the log are very strange.
Here is another log, hopefully this will open.

Someone please help

My O2 reading is at 0 most of the time, and when its not 0, the maximum it goes to is 0.3. As I understand, the O2 reading should be higher than 0 all the time, and should oscillate up to 0.9, is that correct?

I've also noticed another problem - my baro reading jumps like crazy from 10 up to 100. I tried another MAF and it still did the same. Can that be caused by a boost leak?

Thanks.

Correct. 0v is rich, 1.0v is lean. Those are basically the only reliable values you get.

I wonder whether there's something else wrong with your logging. Have you tried a regular, OBD-II scantool. It'll show fuel trims.

Unfortunately I don't have access to the OBD-II scantool, so have to use Tacrix. But all the other parameters are ok, so I don't think there's something wrong with logging.

The only other thing I can think of that can be a problem is the electric system of the car - I had my battery moved to the trunk and after that my temperature gauge stopped working, so there can be something wrong with the electronics. But I don't know if that could influence the logging.

Did anyone else have such problem with baro reading?
