knochgoon24 good spotting.
That particular parameter is a bit tricky.
For Good Drivability and Economy, 15.2 - 16.0
Beyond 16.0, drivability starts to suffer, but economy may still be getting better.
Beyond ~17.0 and its a real nasty ride, with jerkyness, poor throttle response, backfiring etc.
Its all a bit of a compromise.

It's on another forum because he posted it on another forum. It looks like the attachment was deleted from that thread, though?

I've mirrored versions 1.6 and 1.7a on the wiki webserver; if there were any other versions, let me know and I can toss them up there.
