Can't read ecu

Can't read ecu

when i hook up the cable and click read from ecu i get this

[15:36:44.990] interface close
[15:36:44.991] unable to connect to vehicle interface.

but when i read it via evoscan im able to read my ecu, and also i can load tht rom but all the maps are grey, when i check a box it says the current map decription is invalid or incomplete. but the only 2 boxes i can edit are init code and immobilizer

try checking your settings or you may have to reienstall the program..

im trying the revo uninstaller now, but i have already uninstalled it twice, and tired on a different labtop.

If you installed evoscan first, uninstall evoscan and ecuflash, make sure you uninstall the Tactrix drivers too. Then install ecuflash first, followed by evoscan.
