Hey guys is my o2 going bad??

My car seems like its eating more gas!! and the other day the SES light came on..

So it is ok that it goes from a 0 reading then back to reading..

well that i didnt even notice. I dont know. did you try unhooking the harness and reconnecting it? maybe its something stupid and as simple as that to fix. thats the front o2 at your o2 housing. what are your fuel trims?

What should my fuel trims looks like if i have a bad front o2

they should be within -+5%...... id imagine if the front o2 was jammed or screwed up the trims will be way off considering the front o2 is what determines the fuel trims.

No your O2 Sensor should not go to 0 and then begin reading again it should bounce back and fourth from a high number to a low number depending on rich/lean A/F Ratios but not 0...higher voltage readings means a rich A/F mixture so a good diagnostic tip for an O2 Sensor is to shoot some propane into the intake while observing your O2 voltage..it should read high almost immediately....if not then you need a new O2...BTW what code did u set?

yea thats what i was figuring after i posted that post haha...if i were you i would try the propane trick and see if your O2 readings go high...its possible that your O2 is in the early stages of going bad but not bad enough to set a P0134 code for no activity detected yet

I replaced the front o2 about 2 years ago with a bosch universal o2 sensor...
When running c16 funked it up...
