ecu flash questions

Hello i don't have a evo, but i do have a 08 lancer gts that i'm throwing a evo x turbo setup on. I tried flashing my stock gts ecu with a evo x file and it worked but the car studdered and would not rev over 3k rpm. i was given two error codes p0098 and p0365. So i have figured the timing maps on the evo are just too agressive for my na cams. I was hoping somebody has the know how to change my stock lancer gts hex file into a xml file for me? I just need to adjust the timing and fuel maps so i can run 10lbs of boost. Any help would be friggin awesome since the turbos on and ready to go just need to tune this puppy!!!

evo x turbo

its all bolt on. evo manifold, turbo, front mount, etc. only thing i run thats not stock is the intercooling piping is off of ebay and it uses a greddy style flange so i used a 1g dsm bov i had laying around..lol If you do wind up doing it the freaking tune is a pita. i have been trying for 2 weeks now. i tried ralliart flashes, evo flashes anything but all the same issue with the codes and studdering. when i get home i'll throw on some pictures!!! oh the evo turbo runs a 11psi so i adjusted the wastegate flapper to open a bit so i dont over boost.
