So i think we figured out some other stuff going on as well...

The previous tuner had gone in and modified the stock 96940011 XML to EXCLUDE a bunch of things, including periphery bits. I am assuming he then provided that XML to the previous owner of this car, and then instructed him to remove the factory 96940011 XML from the Evo folder.

Once I went in and grabbed a factory XML file, I was able to go in and modify the needed things (such as disabling the P0069 for the JDM Map)

mid trim changes every 4minutes on interstate and fuel trims are dependent on the front o2 sensor. mid trim is just to dial in the injector size (scaling) the low trims for your latency values. (idle) & rev

if neither trims move at all then front o2 is dead.

There was some crap that was really messed up in the bin AND xml file...

I converted the car over to a 9365 ROM (previously 9694) coupled with Tephra V7 option #4

It starts up, idles, and runs significantly better than originally. After biggie made some changes to my 9694 ROM, my mid trims started populating, and I had them dialed in to within 1% or so after a 200 mile road trip today.

Consequently, all this will need to be changed later this week, as I'm stepping down to 1450's as they should work a little better with the setup, while still fullfilling my fuel needs for the FP Black

Glad you got it worked out.

200 mile road trip is absolutely perfect for getting your mids sorted : )
