Yes i have totally removed the solenoids i.e (EGR, FPR, boost) and all the vacuum pipes.
Made a block of plate for EGR and the fuel pressure regulator vacuum line goes to is directly intake.
So should I plug all those solenoids back?

I have downloaded the file you sent me but still same error.
I have removed all the hardwire meaning ERG, boost and FPR solenoids and their wires are not connected to anything

I don't know the solution then. To my knowledge you can't turn off the EGR - you will get the check engine light.

I did plugged the EGR solenoid back and left the EGR enable bit on ECU as 1. The check light went away.
Thanks a lot

I have all the erg stuff out and it was turn off. No check engine light so may depend on how advance your xml file is. There are persons selling updated roms and xml files.

Bottom of the first post has everything you need. Make sure you are using newest version of ecuflash. Once you flash this rom use the 2 byte load in evoscan

Hey thanks,

My fault. When I was using EvoScan, the OBD2 96-05 was ticked instead of Mitsubishi MUTIII.
All working now. Time to send it
