air temp vs timing

you guys ever change this table so it doesn't pull timing and alter the tune? I noticed today my temps were 103F to 134F intake temps it was almost 100F outside, and each pull was inconsistent. one the ecu pulled timing where it normally never does and caused 7 counts of knock.. i checked the table Ignition trim vs air temp it had it set to pull -2 at 120F+. is it safe to zero this out? at what point do you get to hot of intake temps? the intake air temp sensor is built into the mass airflow sensor im pretty sure.
