So I am working off of 96530006. I have made changes to that map and I have hit the SAVE button. If I close EcuFlash and reopen it with that same file, it will now have an Internal ID of 96940011. So the deffinitions that it is loading is completly wrong. I am pretty sure that I am just missing some step some where in how to modify files.

I cannot find anywhere in the configs to update this.

Ok I am a dick head.

When I updated my Immobilizer code, I also changed ECU Internal ID. That is what was jacking it all up. I figured because it was under the Immobilizer section that I neede to update it also.

So for anyone that runs across this, do not update the ECU Internal ID.
