Unstable idle running on the heated-up engine

A problem on the hot engine, turns are not stable. Established turns of
idle running - 950 rpm. On the cold engine a mixture is around 12.5-13 and
the idle running is normal (stable) 1300 rpm. However, having travelled a
bit by my car the mixture of idle running becomes 14.5-15 and turns are not
stable (jumping). In area of idle running in a chart my options are: an
timing 8 *, a mixture 12.5. Camshafts GSC S2 are established in-3/-3. Vacuum
- 30-35kPa. The closed loop and EGT are disabled. Injectors PTE1000, a
scaling of an injector is selected normally.
How to get a mixture on the heated-up motor nearby 13.5 in order to idle
running was stable? I suppose that it's necessary to correct tables of
Airflow/Hz Baro and Air Temp Compensation or maf scaling?
