Check out my Log..

Ive been having this weird delay when i shift my car hard in any gear. It happens only when im on it WOT till redline and i shift hard. It feels like it stutters then if i keep on the throttle it goes away and the car revs like normal. I did a log starting in second gear..shifted to third...felt the stutter then ran out third and shifted to fourth and didnt feel it as much. When i look at the log on evoscan i see my boost staying consistent at 23 or 24psi and my 1byte load drops off for a split second the comes right back to where it should be. I dynoed at 380hp 380tq ..is my load value where it should be for these numbers?

Also are my injectors maxed? i was looking at the idc and when i WOT im at 129%.

Mods to my car
Tephra v7
full exhaust with dump tube
kelford 272 cams
stock turbo with mbc
cusco metal intake with a k&n filter
licp and ets 3in intercooler
act hdss clutch
STOCK injectors but i have a set of fic 850s i want to put in

You'll need to change your 2byte to 1byte Load Factor in Ecuflash and Evoscan to 1.3 rather than 1.2, because the load you are hitting is higher than the maximum value that can be displayed by using 1.2, which is why you're seeing extremely low load and the beginning or your pull (ie 9.6, 2.4). It's actually 306 + that small value, it just can't display it because it's too big, so it starts over at 0. Using 1.3 instead of 1.2 will give you a maximum loggable load of 331 vs 306 with 1.2, which should be enough for your needs.

In Ecuflash, find the "2byte to 1byte Load Factor" map in one of the TephraMod sections and change the value from 1.2 to 1.3.

In Evoscan, right click on "Load 1byte" and click "edit data item". Change the Eval for Load 1Byte from 1.2*x to 1.3*x.

And you may want to put those 850's in, 127% IDC is rather high and ideally you'd like it to be under 90%

Thanks for the input..Ill change the value in ecuflash and on evoscan...thanks for the help.... Being on the stock turbo do you think these idc's are a little high? Im only running about 25psi..jsut curious because ive been reading that the stock turbo really shouldnt max out the injectors..but i guess it is...

Just an update.. I did a boost leak test and found HUGE leaks in my ic pipes i couldnt even hold 5psi. I fixed those leaks up and finally got it to hold 25 psi no problem. I swapped out my old injects to a set of 850s i had just sitting around and used scalings that i found on the forums and it seems to be running great. The problem is i still see this random knock.

I am going to check my spark plugs today. Since i was obviously running super rich with my boost leaks do you think i could have fouled the spark plugs?

I can see that most of my part throttle knock hits 3 counts at around 100load, 38XXrpms and around 21 to 23 degrees timing.

I have my boost turned down to about 23psi and im seeing loads of 273 now which seems alot more reasonable then the 330 plus loads i was seeing before.

Anyone have any other suggestions?
