Cant read/ Write to ECU!!

Ok, so after i blew a main fuse, i replaced it, car runs fine, no problems. I can log in EvoScan so i figured the ECU is working and is ok. I go to try to Re-Flash the ECU and it wont work. It sends some sequences, then it stops and tells me it wont work.
When i blew the main fuse, the re-flash cable was not plugged into the ECU/ however the regular OBD-2 connection was, so i doubt i fried the cable because everything reports back in EvoScan with no problems. did i break the ECU? is there a relay or fuse somewhere that i may have blown before the ECU? i checked all the fuses were ok. Any ideas?!?

On my friends IX I had to download and run ecu unlock in the background in order to get it to read the ECU. Whats the exact error its giving you?

Here is the EXACT message:

sending init sequence 1 (0001)

sending init sequence 1 (0003)

sending init sequence 1 (FFFF)

"no response to any known code"

I have heard sometime if the batt voltage is a bit low it wont flash or read but, with the car running it while the volts were 14.2 it still would not read or flash. However i can log just fine, so i dont think the ECU got hurt when the main fuse poped, do you think i need a new taxtric cable? How can i check my cable?
