Need Some Help

Right now i am running some 1200cc injectors and hks 280 cams and it is having some problem starting up at any temperature. Before when the 1200cc injectors was with the 264 cams it had no problem. I have been searching and reading and been adjusting my cranking and primer enrichment tables and it still won't start unless I push the gas pedal down. My fuel trims are good everything is around the -5/+5 mark.

Right now I have the tables as this

Injector Cranking Primer Enrichment
-26 is 93
-11 is 83
-0 is 57
9 is 42
18 is 34
45 is 20
68 is 12
93 is 6
122 is 0
171 is 0
180 is 0

Injector Cranking Enrichment IPW
-26 is 161.6
-0 is 131.0
18 is 62.5
45 is 15.6
68 is 6.0
93 is 3.3
122 is 0
171 is 0
180 is 0

I am running the tehra v7 map 94170715 right now. I would like to know what else had to be done to get the car to start up easier and what did ya do to fix it. Also starting the car with the gas pedal down does it cause damage as time goes by. The temperature around here is about 20 degrees. Any help would be aprreciated.

Did the car start and run fine in the current weather conditions on the old cams? Does the car start and run eventualy now? A change in cams alone shouldnt effect startup.

The car ran just fine before the cam change...the car ran good for about 2 days before it started having problem...I pulled out my plugs and found out they were super black so I put in new plugs and still the same problem...it did start once or twice when it was really cold but it was a really bad start like the car had a really hard time staying alive...but once it starts the car drives just fine

What are the post primer enrich decay and post primer enrich for?
