After reading alot of threads regarding upsizing injectors they all mention rescaling and setting latecies, but dont mention a retune. Am i correct in assuming if i correctly scale my new 780cc injectors from the stock 560cc and set my latencies to achieve good fuel trims then i DONT need to remap the fuel map?

 

depends how differently the spray pattern is vs the stock injectors.. you may have to tweak the map ever so slightly with the new injectors even if you get the trims the same as before.

 

cool, thanks for your reply, i wasnt quite sure how it worked, and was looking at it as if the fuel map is injector duration x larger injectors = excess fueling
