Car won't start

My car currently will not start. It died driving through a parking lot at literally 3 mph. I was backing out of a spot.
When I try to connect to the Ecu it gives me the error "No response to any known code". I've tried swapping the fuel pumps but outside of that with it not connecting to the Ecu I'm baffler. Any help would be greatly appreciated

Engine fuse under hood in the fuse box? Possibly shorted rear o2 sensor popped the fuse.

I have skimmed the fusses but not checked all. Anyone in particular I should look for?
