Running Rich?
Hey guys, I've got a question. I'm running 25psi of boost on my car right now and I'm trying to adjust the afr's on it. During WOT I'm running no knock at all, but my WB is showing 10.0 afr when at full boost. Anything above 22psi and it goes to 10.0. When I was running 22psi before my tune, I was running 11.3 afr's. So I adjusted my fuel map a little bit to get a little more fuel for the higher amount of boost. Now, I've got the fuel maps at 3500rpms+ @ 240-300 load higher (or leaner) than what it was from the factory. Does that sound about right to anyone? I'm running 9.x through out that whole range and it's still 10.0 afr. Any ideas?
Current mods include, HKS 3" TBE, FMIC upgrade, HKS intake, AEM TruBoost EBC, and AEM UEGO WB.

are you changing all fuel maps? under certain situations the ecu refers to a different map and flips back and forth. also the low octane maps will come into play if fuel quality is low. make sure you play with the numbers in the other maps.... or save a copy of your rom. then copy the high octane fuel map onto all other maps. and save that as a seperate file. load it to the ecu and see if it controls afr the way you chose. remember that the values in the ecu aren't absolute. the ecu will change afr based on several criteria on the fly. just cause your map says 10/1 doesnt mean thats what you will run
