ecu flash
I read in a TSB that you have to pull the abs fuse when flashing a mivec ecu. Is this necessary when flash tuning an EVO 9?

I've tuned many Evo 9s and i've never had to pull any fuses to tune,do you know what the procedure was in the TSB that required to pull the fuse? sometimes Mitsu requires you to pull fuses so other ecus don't interfere with the reprogramming of the main ecu or to reset ecus.
