Anywhere to bench ecu in So Cal ?

So I think I bricked my ECU as I can no longer get ecuflash to talk to it ( won't read or anything ).

For those that know I get :
J2534 error [ERR_TIMEOUT]

from my openport 2.0

I'm guessing I will need to send it to tactrix to see if they can recover it, but I was also wondering if anyone knows of anywhere in Southern California who would try to bench ecu it for me - a tuner, or someone else with a tactrix cable etc.

Any help info appreciated.
