Idle & Stalling Problem.

Hi,
can someone shed some advise as im having problem with idling & stalling issue with my Evo 6 ecu.

Been increasing the:
1) Desire Idle RPM-Neutral = 1203rpm 77 deg / 1203rpm @ 82 deg
2) Desire Idle RPM with AC on = 1203rpm All

Its doesnt help at all.

When AC off the stalling stop but the RPM will deep til 500~600rpm when throttle lift off especially on 1st & 2nd gears.
Idle is stable when AC is off

When AC on its stall everytime as the rpm can be at 3000rpm and deep til 300~400 and stall.
Idle is rough/inconsistent rpm when AC is on

Tried without using stock ROM without Ceddy feature but it still the same.

Some might think its my ISC dirty or faulty but when i switch back to my PFC ecu, no idling or stalling issue at all when AC on or off.

Im using Trubosmart Race Port BOV

Pls help.

Thanks

Post up the ECU ROM version you are using, and a log with RPM, IACV Demand, and IACV steps. If the steps are increasing but RPM staysthe same, there is something wrong. This will help us to diagnose the cause. I had a similar problem which I traced to a worn IACV valve. The little plastic ribs that stop the cone from turning get worn down and the stepper motor can no longer open the valve. Once I fixed it everything went back to normal.

Hi,

Are you on bigger cams/Injectors ? what size ? Also your PFC is it D or L jet?

I was on the same boat when I changed from PFC to stock ECU, But now way much better !! could say what steps I have done with mine but I don't now if going to be OK on your car as well.
