i got an openport 1.3u cable with one pin white connector. my friend has the 3 pin connector i dont know what version his cable is. i cant connect with my laptop and 1.3u single wire connector to my ecm. (cant read or write) with my friends 3 pin connector and his laptop he can read and write. i havent tried his cable with my laptop. Also i can read the rom on evoscan with my one pin connector. nothing works with the ecuflash. i have all the updated software and my laptop see the cable.. the ecuflash tries to make a connection but doesnt complete it.

 

Im having the same problem with my 1.3 cable i pick up new last year and have only used a handful of times. I cannot read or write wit ecuflash or evoscan, but i can log. i have a single wire version

 

any one have any idea what it could be?
