Need help on 52360189 jdm evo x definition
That's a weird ID. Kinda TephraXMod, on top of a suffix that's way past any prior revision numbery thing I've seen to date. I'll take a look at it from the inside.
Perhaps someone's flipped the ROM ID manually after tuning it, to make it "theirs". Or perhaps there's more to JDM factory ROMs than I know, lol.
You may be best served by using a "known" 5236 revision. But we'll see.
I'll go probe its inner secrets...

Evo X doesn't have immobiliser code stuff like the older Evos (apparently) did. Before my time.
You can flash one of the well-known 5236 ROMs over it.
But a TephraXMod ROM is a pretty special thing. I suggest you email it to tephra.... tephra {at} gmail <dot> com
Ask what the story is, and if he knows what this is. It's possible he did it, but it's possible someone else familiar with assembler/ECU has "ported" his work.

Here's one way to proceed - use the attached XML. This points the wacky, manually edited ROM ID at 53040010.
Bear in mind that there are a few oddities still...
- The "TephraXMOD" alternate maps don't seem to be fully set up. Injector scaling, fuel and timing maps aren't present in the AltMap set. Perhaps it has been coded differently as a "port" by someone else.
- Boost limit and boost limit timer have been pseudo-disabled, ie. set to 319 and 6000ms respectively. Not the ideal approach - I've got a patch that does this better, lol.
- Boost targets seem to still be load-based and quite low. Possibly unused... given the other changes.
Anyway, with this XML, you should be able to compare the car's current tune to factory 53040010 in EcuFlash "File / Compare ROMs".
I expect you'll probably decide to start with a known, sensible ROM instead of this one... even though (or because of) it's quite an interesting animal, lol.
[edit]You'll also need the TephraXMod "53040110" XML installed, and the regular 53040010 XML installed - from Golden's site.
Good luck,
Rich
