First of all, I want to say Thankyou to everyone for there suggestions! It is awesome to finally have some decent input...
I can wait to dyno just pm me when you transfer Freddie
It's a 16g turbo, and I put the plugs at the same gap the guy told me they were at when he put them in... But I will try changing to the BPR8ES and the smaller Gao to see what happens...

Like they said cheap plug (I like the BR8ES) small gap (0.22-0.23) should do her.

I'll try that first thing in the morning, if that doesn't help... I try the fuel pump... I was reading in another thread about the COP setup from spoolingup.com, has anyone had some success with that?

Don't waste your time with cop because it will still be wasted spark and you already have access to the coil dwell time. Cop is a band wagon part that had use before the coil dwell time stuff was found but unless you have a ignition box that will change you from wasted spark, its a waste of money. Your gap of .030 is what is making breakup, unless you are running high boost on a stock 8 fuel pump.

Awesome, thanks for the input, I'm glad I asked before spending the money on the setup.

Nice.... I think the fuel pump is the issue... It started whining real bad this morning and now the car won't idle...

I had a similar issue a couple years ago, and after trying several things to get it fixed, just lowering the plug gap to .022 worked for me (had been gapped about .029)

I completely disagree that COP is a waste of time. The spoolinup kit isn't worth the bother IMO but the SparkTech CDI Pro is a far better option than OEM, no matter what magic you think those dwell settings are gonna give you.

Jaime, I won't disagree that the CDI ignitions work, but the price point is not there for me on a daily driven car...

Come on Jaime you know the average Joe isn't building a race car, so its not worth the money for them. But I do agree with your statements, but people usually buy the spoolin up cop so I have automatically assume that's the one they mean.

Fuel pump was the issue... I changed the plugs and replaced with a walbor ( thanks ExViTermini for the pump) and the car is doing just fine now.
