Routing of evoscan extension cable

Can anyone offer advice for routing extension cable for evoscan? Did you remove plastic piece and route through glove box or? Thanks

I zip tied mine to the port above where it normally rests and then ran across the dash (making sure its snug and tied and can't catch or rub on steering, pedals, shift linkage, etc) and through the center console to the glove box.

exact same here.

i bought one with a right angle so it aims it towards the passenger side so it would be more flush.

My right angle extension cable is on the way. Gonna just leave everything in the glove box as well. I always worry about kicking the Tatrix when driving with it in the OBD port.

Yep. Right angle is the way to go.
I just run the cable over the steering column and set the op2 in the center console. Nothing fancy but no chance of kicking it and breaking.
