Ok I know there are other threads about this....

I just recently started picking up phantom knock ( my tuner had defcams on so he ruled real knock out).

It happens at about 5000 rpm.I'm on 80 000km,so the timing belt will have to be done soon.Could it be the timing belt pulley bearing that's noisy?

I also have that dreaded cold idle bird chirping noises coming from the timing belt area.

I'll have a look and just check all bolts and nuts for tightness.
