CEL after ecu swap
CEL does nothing when 1-4 are bridged... Just the ABS light flashes constant fast that's all that happens.. I have an Evo 5 Ecu that I'm thinking of running that instead. Can't post up rom as i dont have access to the cable but I think the tuner has it saved on PC. (ill try get)
I've reset the ecu a few times by disconnecting battery for a minute or so, CEL goes away then about a minute later it comes back. and still not able to get a fault code to come up as said above :/ Just with Key on not car running
I seen somewhere that someone said evo 4 have 2 wire for o2 and evo 5+ have 4 wire? could this be apart of issue?
also... if i decide to use Evo 5 ecu instead, which air flow meter do I need to use? Evo 4 or Evo 7? Or do I need a evo5/6 one?

PLugged the Evo 5 ecu in and got no check engine light to come on but as far as i know that one isnt running any ecu-mod( also with it running the rewire for evo 7 you'd think CEL would be on??) If I can attach my rom to a file on here could someone have a quick look and see what's missing as to why I get CEL?
