I'm trying to setup ecuflash to log 1 Byte load and I am having slight trouble doing so. According to Evoscan the address is located at MUT41. Looking up the address for MUT41 gives me 8099. I searched around and couldn't find the proper address for my ROM. I stumbled across this thread https://www.evolutionm.net/forums/ec...g-evoscan.html and noticed that the address is the same (8099) evan though the ROM ID is different. My ROM is 96420008 and I believe the ROM in the above mentioned post is 96260009. In that post it says to use 0x840B for the address at 41. Is this the same for 96420008?

 

First of all are you using a tephra v7 rom?

Well there's your problem. 1Byte load is only available on v7 roms.

 

so i'm pretty much SOL if i want to log load with my original rom?

 

Use 2byte load.
