MAF Scaling Questions

Okay, I have an injen intake but I think I may need to scale my MAF and adjust a few things in order to get my trims right. At idle (closed loop) Fuel Trim Low (LTFT) & Fuel Trim Med are reading 0.0. At WOT (open loop) Fuel Trim Med (LTFT) reads 2.0 and Fuel Trim Low reads 8.0. I haven't started logging my High Trims but that is next. Am I right by thinking that I need Med and Low Trims to calculate MAF Scaling adjustments? Do I apply the resultant percentage to the entire MAF Scaling table? BTW- I'm running on stock injectors (but not for long).
