Async Accel Multiplier vs TPS Delta for 88590715

Is there a Async Accel Multiplier vs TPS Delta table for the 88590715 Rom? I can see it in my XML file using address 32b6 but it's the only table of all the advanced fuel control tables not showing up when I open my Rom.

I am trying to adjust a slight lean tip in issue. I have used this table in a 9653 Rom on a friends Evo 8 with success.

Is it an SD rom?
I'm curious, have you tried increasing VE in the VExRPM to remedy this issue?

Yes, this is an SD rom. I have played with RPM/VE table but I'm not able to clean up the issue using it. The car goes lean about 17:1 anytime I quickly add throttle. That includes initial take off, gear changes and just slightly adding more throttle driving down the road. A/F quickly stabilizes but it causes a slight studder while its doing this.

for 8859, add this to the xml

<!-- *** Throttle Enrichment *** -->

<scaling name="Accel-Enrich IPW" units="mSec" toexpr="x*0.064" frexpr="x/0.064" format="%.3f" min="0" max="16.384" inc="0.064" storagetype="uint8" endian="big"/>

<!-- Asynch_Accel Fuel v TPS_DELTA -->

<table name="Async-Accel Enrichment, IPW v Delta Throttle" category="Throttle Enrichment" address="32B6" type="2D" scaling="Accel-Enrich IPW">
<table name="TPS_DELTA" type="Static Y Axis" elements="9">
<data> 0.0%</data>
<data> 1.6%</data>
<data> 3.1%</data>
<data> 4.7%</data>
<data> 6.3%</data>
<data> 7.8%</data>
<data> 9.4%</data>
<data>11.0%</data>
<data>12.5%</data>
</table>
</table>

Are the values (mSec) in this table considered the default Evo 9 values? Or should I, for example, add 10% or 20% to the values in the table that is created when using the above xml portion IF I want to fix a lean tip in issue?
