4th BWGDC Table

4th BWGDC Table
I'm trying to tune my boost, I can see that there are 4 BWGDC tables.
My previous tunes have the first 3 set to the same values and the 4th is significantly higher.
From what I've read
#1 is for start up
#2 is for normal conditions
#3 is for limp mode
Are these correct?
What is #4 used for?
