Please Advise - AEM Brass Map Sensor

Hi Guys,
today ive bought an AEM Brass 3.5 Bar Map Sensor for my Evo 5 Ceddy Ecuflash but to only realize that on AEM website its stated the Brass sensor type is NOT meant for Non-ECU calibration.

Can i still used it for my stock Evo 5 ecu tune?

As AEM stated this :
Stainless Pressure Sensor = Caliper
Use a SS Pressure Sensor where you need exact details of the pressure.
Example: MAP Sensor information for the ECU – Calibration/crucial information for the ECU.

Brass Pressure Sensor = Ruler
Use a Brass Pressure Sensor where you need a good reference to what pressure is being seen.
Example: Brass Pressure Sensor used for a Boost Gauge – Reference/Information for knowing manifold pressure, not for ECU calibration.

Please kindly advise as it will be a waste for buying the wrong stuff.

I always use the stainless 3.5bar in 99% of SD cars I tune.
Have had 'interesting' results with the brass in the past. Just felt the feedback wasn't as accurate.
