Completely remove trouble codes from the computer

For example if a evo 9 or 10 has a p0300 misfire code make it so it never comes back

and

Force obd2 reediness monitors for smog to always be on for a evo 9 / 10 / sti.

Those are the only things I want to use the cable for I have no interest in changing anything else.
