Yes. Just log the TPS values while pushing the accelerator.

I've only had ecu flash for like a couple weeks. Where do I select to log it's values. And what would values would indicate a faulty tps

I have evoscan, sorry thank you for the correction. I forgot ecu flash is where you read and alter the tables. Where can I select to record the tps values and what are normal and abnormal readings? I'd imagine they are recorded as voltage values?

Add this to your EVOSCAN Data XML, next to TPS position.

<DataListItem DataLog="N" Color="#b00009" Display="Throttle Volts" LogReference="TPSVolts" RequestID="17" Eval="0.019607*x" Unit="V" MetricEval="" MetricUnit="" ResponseBytes="1" GaugeMin="0" GaugeMax="100" ChartMin="0" ChartMax="100" ScalingFactor="1" Notes="Displays state of the throttle. High voltage or % value means a more open throttle. When logging engine activity (especially on the dyno), it is useful to log throttle position. This makes it easy to see when a power run begins and ends i.e. when the driver's foot is depressing the accelerator fully. Some mitsubishis show up to 20% when your foot is off the accelerator, and will show a max of 90-99% when your foot is fully applied, this is normal.
" Priority="1" Visible="False" />

SHould be between 0 and 5 volts respectively.
