I have a 2008 Evo X that has a P0304 only on cold start but I can't get a sticker due to the CEL. The engine is built and runs great all around, I was wondering if anyone from Mass knows if I disable the P0300 option in EcuFlash if that will get me flagged for MAC (Motorist Assist. Center). I hate this state. Any help is greatful!

Not exaxtly sure if this helps, but I heard some states check the Rom ID to see if it matches what should be on the car. So as long as that stays the same and all the readiness monitors are set to READY or Not Available you should pass with No codes.
