Pin 2 is ground. Pin 3 is ecu signal.
What are you getting at pin 3?

this is gonna sound dumb, but just making sure. You are using the correct ECU for your year, and the correct Rom ID for that ECU right?

Im thinking the issue is the ecu isnt sending the ignition coil voltage to pin 3.

1. Bad ecu
2. Ecu missing some sort of input such as rpm signal.
3. What biggie said. Rom related

Car ROM is posted.

Car is originally an 03. Im second owner which i got it at 18k. Pulled the stock motor at 44k for new 2.3 stroker.

I just bought a used one from member here. Its from an 04.

I am using Tephra's V7 96531706 ROM set up for speed density.

IAT input is OE for MAF input. Running GM IAT

Omni 4 bar map sensor. Changed settings in Ecuflash to accomodate

All new crank, cam, and coolant temp sensor. New knock sensor also but not installed. Believe new one in there already anyway.

I get RPM's through Evoscan and a Solus. Also have logs posted of cranking the car.

Can't think what else to list. Just got home from work not by the car.

So thats the issue. Ecu isnt sending the signal. So you have continuity from pin 3 to ecu?

So either the ecu is missing an input such as cam or crank sensor or the ecu is bricked

Ive been logging it while cranking.

It shows my RPM's usually 156 cranking it.

You ever log crank signal in evoscan ?

I totally forgot. Busy day at the shop. I have my laptop at home. When i have time ill see how many rpm.

But i do know when you tune the cranking enrichment for cold start you adjust the 500 rpm section. So im sure 156 rpm is not enough.

by any chance, have you messed around with your iscv tables?

to be more specific, your idle stepper look up table?
