P0141 CEL with rear o2 simulator

Hey everyone,

Recently, my CEL popped up randomly and the CEL is P0141, which is the rear o2 sensor. However, my previous tuner had set up a rear o2 simulator before (as I have a test pipe) and it worked fine for 2 or so year, but now the CEL is back. And when I go into Ecuflash, it says the the rear o2 simulator is activated, but for some reason its not currently working. Anyone have any thoughts, as I need to pass inspection soon? Thanks!

It may be helpful if you add your rom ID to your post.
I use 96530706 and noticed if I implemented the rear o2 patch it forces my car in to open loop. So I run the car with the patch disabled and code p0141 turned of in the periphery bits.

Maybe something got screwed up in the ROM. Try turning it off, flashing, turning it on, flashing again and see if it helps. You know the old "Did you try turning it off and on again" trick

Fixed it! I decided to turn the simulator off, to see if it would do anything and it now works with it off.. strange, but no cel!
