I purchased EvoScan today, and cannot get my Serial Number. It has been a few hours and I have not gotten an email with it. I submitted the form for the lost serial number, and still have not gotten an email with it. I tried to open a support case on their website, but the Help/Support section is just blank. This is the only link from their site where there seems to be any help.

Does anyone know how I can reach the support for EvoScan, so I can try and get my Serial number?

 

You get the email with the S/N sent back to the email on your PayPal account. Did you check that and its spam/junk filters?

 

Yes, I did check my Junk Folder, and there is no email in my spam box for the entire domain.
I finally found the Help & Support page, it seems his iframe is broken, so I had to view the page source to see it.

 

Ok, so looking at other posts on this site, EvoScan's Facebook page, and the lack of any response to email & support ticket, I'm starting to assume this is no longer supported.

 

Hi Dragonsys, I know Mr Evoscan personally and let him know about the website issue. Having said that, the lost serial ticket you submitted will be seen and dealt with. PM me your email address if you haven't received your serial and I'll let him know. He is looking now

I'm glad it isn't abandoned after all, that is great to hear.

 

Looks like he has fixed his website, I am able to use the Lost Serial Form now and I successfully got my Serial Number today.
