Can't won't start help?!
 

So just did a 2.1 build, my car will crank , it is getting fuel n spark but will not start..

I live in PA so it is 18-34 degrees out , just did a 2.1 build n this problem has been a problem since..

What it isn't is the cam angle sensor.

This is the weird part when it is warm the motor it starts up every time. N it starts up cold onces in a blue moon

Could I change somthing in ECU flash to make cold start up better

did you switch ROM's since the motor swap? if so,try to disable the immobilizer and see if that works.

So, you got the oil pump stuff back on?

Timing good, and leakdown checked out, no bent valves??

Fuel and spark, but compression is needed.

Everything u listed is good.. I'm thinking it is the start up cold crank setting on ecu flash .. Now what it should be around
