Stroker Advice?
I have an AMS stroker motor that I'd like to start messing with via EcuFlash. Any advice? I don't know what load column I'll be in because of the increased displacement.
Currently I am running 720 injectors and an AFC for the fueling. But I get knock and a lot of timing being pulled between 4k-6k RPMs (on EvoScan software). Could this be because I am in a very high load column and the ECU is more sensitive to the knock sensor?
Thanks

Well, if you are on a stock rom you are probably way over the stock load. You need to get the knock counts under control first by dropping some timing and or adding fuel across the problem areas probably from 180 or 200 load and up, then if timing is getting pulled with no logged knock, you will want to rescale your load up a bit and go from there.
you got any logs to post?

I will get some good logs tomorrow and post them up. I'm running 10.8-11.0 all across the powerband and I'm only getting like 11 degrees up around 6500rpm due to the timing being pulled I guess.
BTW- what kind of intake temperatures should I be seeing? Right now I'm between 80 and 100 degrees depending on what time of day it is.
