Ok, this is step by step all the test on the 88570008-v5.10fix-mods.
- Immobilizer code from 0000 (default) to my immo code and after also FFFF
- All 8 values of periphery 7 from 0066 (default) to 0067 (88580014 default)
Perhaps I should mod also FAA bit 3?
Is it right Dave?
Thank you very much

Ok, there are some news...
This photo shows the stock board of EVO IX ECU.
There is an arrow that point to an empty space. In this space there is a chip with 2 SMD condensators.
The top of chip is impossible to read. Perhaps the numbers on this "chip" are:
393
510
Thank you to Luca Cadalora for his help.

Dave.....!!!
Now it is ok! With FAA bit 3 to 0 my EVO starts!
Perhaps tonight I will do further tests
If I remember well this is John’s ROM (88570008)...
Has John all the JDM HW: SAS, Dual BCS, MAT and MAP?

Yes 88570008 is mine - yes I have all the JDM HW. Whilst 88570008 has an immobiliser code that varies between ROM, it doesn't need to be changed when you reflash or swap ECUs.

Yes Dave, I think too that now I stay on the right way. JDM ROM with JDM HW.
Now I should write something in SD 3d I'm coming John
Coming back to old discussion: I think that RA ECU has only a chip (and some resistors and condensators) in another position on the mather board and this "new" position with the RA ROM enable some functions like fuel trims because it is used a different pin on cpu.

mmmm I dont know.
To be honest I dont think the hardware is different. I mean some things (sensors) will be adding or missing.
But the core functionality of the ECU should remain the same. and FuelTrims are essential for a car... so yeah... dunno... maybe something weird was going on

My friend confirm that the HW is in a different position in RA ECU. Photo shows the new position of "chip", is not a memory it is a normal CMOS.
I hope to post some photos of RA ECU.
PS: YES I think that something woodoo was going on LOL

This is the RA ECU for EVO IX RS.
We can see the difference:
- +1 CMOS
- +2 resistences (bottom on the right) to link 2 pins of main connector
- some resistors and condensators around CMOS
