Octane Level
I live in Dominica in the West Indies and our fuel is claimed to be 95ron. I have a alchohol kit and I am running a 50/50 mixture of water to meth.
Should i be able to run more than 23 psi?

You'll find that a wide variety of boost pressures is possible on a wide variety of fuels. Some people run 30psi on 91 octane and others run 20psi on 93 octane. It all depends on the tune.
In your case, you can probably safely tune to 28-30psi, thanks to your meth injection, although you do have 9:1 compression so results may vary. You may want to go to a higher percentage of methanol to get the most out of your setup. Personally, I use 93 octane + 75% meth on the stock motor, boosting 30psi.
