Anyone in the Detroit Metro area that can help me flash an ecu ROM?

I'm looking for someone in the Detroit Metro area that has the required software/cable to flash my ecu to a different rom, and retain my immobilizer. I want to switch to 96530006. I have an 03 VIII.
